📋 Instructions

Limited Defense is a 2D tower-defense game about hiring different units to defend your tower using the mouse. To interact with the gameplay UI, move the cursor to the appropriate icons and click the Left Mouse Button. Your active units will automatically act and attack when enemies get in range. The goal is to survive all of the enemy waves. The gold and wave counters will be on the right, and the tower's health will be at the top. If the tower's health reaches zero, you lose.

The main menu lets you choose from the available arenas you've unlocked via progress, each with differing waves to survive. After you pick one, you'll be shown a map of the route to the tower and all the available positions. The enemies will emerge from a portal at the far end and travel along the path. All your available units and their prices will be shown at the bottom, with more becoming available over time. When you buy a unit, you can place it on any open square. The grey circle around it will indicate the unit's attack range, and clicking on the unit will give you the option to sell or upgrade it. Enemy health bars will appear over the heads of the enemies, and if any of them reach the castle, they'll do damage. Every enemy eliminated will give you gold, and you can choose a reward every few waves. Keep defending until you survive all the waves.
