📋 Instructions

Treasures of Montezuma 3 is a 2D puzzle game about combining different runes to solve puzzles using the mouse. To interact with the runes, move the mouse over them and click the Left Mouse Button. To swap your selected runes, click the rune you'd like to swap it with. The goal is to make combos of as many runes as possible to earn the highest score. The game ends whenever you've unlocked all the treasures or have decided to step away from your adventure.

The main menu allows you to explore the puzzle chambers you've unlocked and use a Casual or Expert experience to test your mind. When ready, you can go into a chamber and try to unlock the chest within. Each chest will be locked via medals you can earn by getting enough points or meeting their requirements. When playing, you'll be able to swap runes with adjacent runes. A combo must consist of three runes or more, and you'll only have whatever time is shown in the top left corner to get as many points as possible. Use special runes to earn more points or fill up the sand meter for extra power. After each level, you'll be rewarded any medals you've earned, and when you have enough, you can unlock chests.
