Dentist Doctor Teeth Surgery Hospital is a 2D management game about running a dentist's office using only the mouse. To interact with all the UI elements, you need to move your cursor and click the Left Mouse Button. Prompts will appear to indicate whether you need to click or drag to perform the procedure. The goal is to treat as many patients as you can as well as you can. The more you treat, the better your score and the more money you'll receive which you can put towards making your work easier.

Once you start playing, you'll have an overview of your dentist's operations. Patients will come in and sit at the bottom of the screen until you seat them. Once seated, patients will request a certain procedure that has a required tool. You'll need to pick up the tool and then take it over to the patient. After that, a prompt will appear to tell you what to do to perform the procedure. Once finished, the patient will go to the counter to pay you. Your star rating and the money you earn are primarily dependent on how fast and effective you are with each patient.
